Where Your Vision Stops Being an Idea and Starts Becoming a Plan.

A variety of interior design samples, including wood, tile, fabric swatches, metal hardware, and wallpaper, are arranged in a flat lay on a white surface.

what to expect

This Isn't a Catalog and a Handshake. It's a Collaborative Design Experience Built Around Your Project.

Most contractors bring a laptop to your kitchen table and point at photos online. At Macktown it works differently. You’ll work one-on-one with our in-house designer — surrounded by real materials in our 2,400 square foot showroom where you can touch, compare, and hold up against each other — with your actual design renderings displayed on a large screen so every decision feels real before it’s final.

You’ll visit as many times as it takes to get every selection right. Our designer keeps the process moving and helps you stay on track — but the goal is always the same.

Inside the Showroom

Everything You Need to Make Every Decision — All in One Place.

Cabinetry

Full door styles, finishes, and functional inserts — displayed so you can see exactly how each option looks and feels in person, not on a screen.

A display rack shows various Kiva quartz surface samples in white and beige tones with different veining patterns. A black and gold sign reads "KIVA QUARTZ SURFACES.

Countertops

Quartz, solid surface, and specialty options side by side — so you can compare materials, edges, and finishes without guessing how they'll look together.

Display racks holding several rows of tile samples in various colors, patterns, and wood-like finishes, arranged neatly for customers to view in a store setting.

Flooring & Tile

Durable selections from luxury vinyl to stone looks — displayed at scale so you can visualize how each option will feel in your actual space.

A person with a floral arm tattoo examines cabinet door samples on a large, dark table, alongside countertop material samples and hardware options in a showroom.

Design Tools

Mood boards, sample kits, and digital renderings displayed on large screens — so every selection gets seen in context before it's confirmed.

Seeing materials side-by-side removes the guesswork and helps align style, function, and budget before construction begins.

How it works

Your Designer Guides You Through Every Decision — So Nothing Gets Left to Chance.

“I recently visited Macktown’s showroom and was thoroughly impressed. The space is beautifully designed with everything needed for remodeling under one roof.”

01

Conversation & Discovery

Your first visit starts with a conversation. Your designer wants to understand your style, your lifestyle, and what “better” looks like for your home. Bring photos, a Pinterest board, or simply a wish list.

02

Concept Design & Budgeting

Your designer translates your ideas into drawings and a realistic budget range. You’ll see material options in the showroom and make selections together before any cost gets locked in.

03

Final Selections & Build Plan

Together you’ll refine layouts, finalize every selection, and confirm pricing. Everything gets documented in Buildertrend for full transparency and daily updates throughout the build.

04

Continuity Into Construction

The same team that helped design your project partners with production for a seamless handoff. Nothing gets lost between design and construction.

The Room That Changes Everything

Sit Down, Get Comfortable, and See Your Home Come to Life on the Big Screen.

Our dedicated design conference room is where the real work happens. You’ll sit with your designer in a comfortable, unhurried space — your selections spread out in front of you, your design renderings displayed on a large screen — and make every decision together before construction ever begins.

This is where homeowners go from feeling uncertain about their choices to feeling completely confident in their vision.
