Macktown Design Center: Where ideas Become Plans

Every remodel begins as an idea—sometimes it’s a Pinterest board, sometimes a sketch on the back of a napkin, and sometimes just a feeling that your home could work better for you. At the Macktown Design Center, we bridge the gap between inspiration and reality. Here, you’ll see materials side by side, explore design possibilities with clarity, and have a team to guide you through the decisions that shape your project. By combining thoughtful planning with real-world expertise, we help you move from dreaming about change to building with confidence.

Macktown Construction Group design center is located at 9957 North Alpine Rd. It is a 2,400 square foot showroom that carries full lines of cabinets, flooring, cabinet hardware, counter tops and more.

What you will find here

A showroom built for real decisions, not just browsing.

  • Cabinetry & hardware: full door styles, finishes, and functional inserts

  • Countertops: quartz, solid surface, and specialty options

  • Flooring & tile: durable selections, from luxury vinyl to stone looks

  • Design tools: mood boards, sample kits, and digital renderings

Why it matters: Seeing materials side-by-side removes guesswork and helps align style, function, and budget before construction begins.

How our design process works

1) Conversation & Discovery
We start by listening—how you live, what isn’t working, and what “better” looks like. Bring photos, a Pinterest board, or simply a wish list.

2) Concept Design & Budgeting
We translate ideas into drawings and a realistic budget range. You’ll see material options in our showroom and understand trade-offs before you commit.

3) Final Selections & Build Plan
Together we refine layouts, finalize selections, and confirm pricing and timeline. Everything is documented in Buildertrend for transparency and daily updates.

4) Construction & Communication
The same team that helped design your project partners with our production crew for a seamless hand-off and a smooth build.

Your Design Team

Our in-house design team collaborates closely with estimating and production to keep your project aligned with your vision, budget, and schedule. Whether you want step-by-step guidance or have a clear direction in mind, our role is to bring clarity, present smart alternatives, and help you make confident choices.

What that looks like:

  • Style discovery and space planning
  • Material curation with side-by-side comparisons
  • Mood boards and sample kits you can take home
  • Practical advice on maintenance, durability, and value

Meet the Team Behind the Process
At Macktown Construction Group, you don’t depend on one person—you benefit from a coordinated team. Designers, estimators, and project managers work together from day one so decisions are consistent, communication is clear, and the build follows the plan.
